Welcome to our on-line store.  Proto-col Coolagen and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions.  We abide and conform to the following regulations: Data Protection Act 1998, The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, The E-Commerce Regulations 2002 and the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions.  Please read them carefully.
 
Customer support and service
If you require any assistance please contact us through out contact form between 9am and 5.30pm Monday - Thursday and 9am and 5pm on Fridays.  You can leave a message outside these hours.   

Stock availability
We try to keep everything in stock, however this isn't always possible.  If an item is out of stock, we will email you within 1 working day of you placing your order.  Please email info@proto-col-collagen.com to check stock availability if delivery of your order is urgent.
 
Delivery time
Our aim is for you to receive your purchase just as soon as possible, and we will do our best to deliver it to you within 2 working days.  However, you should allow up to 4 working days, especially at busy times.  We do offer next day UK courier services if you need your products immediately. Please email info@proto-col-collagen.com if your order is very urgent. 
 
Does Proto-col Collagen Share the Information It Receives?
We respect your privacy and appreciate your business.  At no time do we ever provide your account, contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order.

How secure is information about me?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you provide to us for purchasing of our products or services.  We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order.  Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

Cancellation of an order
You can cancel your order at any time.  If the goods have been dispatched already then you have 30 days to return your order to receive a refund.  We cannot however refund any postage costs, either to send your order out or to receive it back.  Please click here to see our Returns policy.
